Raw Dog Food

There are a number of reasons your pet (and you!) will benefit from feeding raw. You can eliminate or reduce allergies, build up the immune system, reduce shedding, parasites and fleas, keep teeth cleaner and breath fresher, reduce extra weight, and substantially reduce the volume of fecal matter from your pet. That means a healthy happy pet, and less money spent on expensive treatments and veterinary visits. And those are just some of the benefits!

A selection of different animal parts for raw fed dogs. All poultry is certified organic, all other animals are locally raised on pasture, a few are grain fed. Listed below is what we may have available, fresh or frozen.

Raw dog food is only available at the farm gate.

Ready made chunky meals:
To simplify feeding, we can make up containers with a mix of different parts. In the raw feeding world, this is sometimes called a 'Franken-prey.' It models the prey a wild dog may eat, in that the ratios of meat to organ to bone are maintained as much as possible. A meal may contain a chicken head, some pig trachea, a piece of cow stomach and liver, sheep ribs, meat scraps, and a turkey foot. $2.50/lb

Ground organ meals:
We can occasionally get bags of ground mixed organs. Each bag weighs about 3 - 4 lbs and may contain liver, heart, & kidneys from either cows or sheep. These would be very easy to form into patties or to add to your dogs regular food.
